TrueTym is a subscription-based, cloud-delivered workforce management platform. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
TrueTym provides access to digital software services, including workforce management, attendance tracking, payroll tools, compliance support, and analytics. As this is a digital SaaS product, no physical goods are shipped and no “returns” apply in the traditional sense.
Where applicable, TrueTym may offer:
Free trials
Complimentary access periods
Beta or promotional usage
During such periods, customers can evaluate the platform without payment. No refunds apply to free or complimentary access.
All paid subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually, as applicable).
Once a subscription payment is processed:
Fees are non-refundable
No partial refunds are provided for unused time, downgrades, or early termination
This applies regardless of actual usage during the subscription period.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time:
Cancellation will stop future billing
Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining period
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
Duplicate payment due to a technical error
Incorrect billing caused directly by TrueTym’s systems
All such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at TrueTym’s sole discretion.
Changes in:
Labor laws
Compliance requirements
Internal business processes
Regulatory interpretations
do not qualify for refunds, as TrueTym continuously evolves to support compliance but does not guarantee suitability for every specific regulatory scenario.
TrueTym reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:
Violation of terms of service
Fraudulent activity
Unauthorized use
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
